It has now been nine months and six days since the initial release announcement of the NorfelloCMMS® OS. Since that we have been implementing new features, fixing lots of bugs making an installer for Windows platform, creating support for various platforms and so on. The platforms we have been depending on have also been constantly evolving. Ruby on Rails was in version 1.1.4 when we made the first release.
NorfelloCMMS® OS 1.0 is now planned to be released on May 31st. and we will be releasing one more release candidate before that. The rc will add the email notification feature requested by many of our users.
The documentation will be reviewed and updated, we will release graphical material related to the package and hopefully we will release .deb package for Ubuntu users too. It will be safe to use NorfelloCMMS OS from 1.0 on since future releases will know how to migrate the database of 1.0 or later.

Get it from maintenanceassistent.com. Their product is a whole lot better.
