NorfelloCMMS® is heading towards the 2.0 release. There will be lots of improvements and bug fixes as well as a couple of new features. The new features are:
Help desk interface
The next release will arrive on November 22nd A separate user interface for customers is added in the 2.0 release. The idea is that a service provider runs NorfelloCMMS® and gives user accounts to its customers. The customers can log in and create service requests and view their progress. The e-mail notification system has also been expanded to notify customers of any changes.

Switch off asset user rights
The current asset user right system lacks performance in environments with thousands of assets. Many of the users don't even need the feature. Therefore it makes sense that the feature can be bypassed from the settings.
French translation

I'm anxiously awaiting the time when Norfello supports automatic scheduling of work orders. Any idea when you will have that capability?
